Big Island Police have located 35-year-old Jessie Lee K. Hirai, who was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant.

Hirai was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday (March 3) and charged with contempt of court and discharge of sureties. She is being held at the Hilo police cellblock in lieu of $1,300 bail.
