Missing child found 10-17-13

Police have located 7-year-old Alexander Kaiser of Kailua-Kona, who was reported missing.

He was found unharmed at a friend’s house in Kalaoa at about 5:50 p.m. Wednesday (October 16). He was then returned to his parents.
