Missing since May June 16, 2007

MEDIA RELEASE

Big Island Police are looking for a two teenage girls reported as missing from their Volcano home since June 16.

One is 16-year-old Britney Dawson. She is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-11, about 160 pounds with brown eyes and orange/blonde hair.

The other is 17-year-old Amber Dawson. She is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-6, about 140 pounds with brown eyes and light brown hair with a redish tint.

Police ask anyone with information on their whereabouts to call Officer Matthew Bartz of the Puna District at 966-5835 or the Police Department’s non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
