MEDIA RELEASE

Police are looking for a 30-year-old Puna man wanted for violation of parole and for questioning about a domestic-related incident.

The suspect was identified as Shayne Kobayashi, of a Keaau address.

Kobayashi is described as being 5-foot-8 in height, weighing about 150 pounds with a slim build and having a tan complexion, short black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on this whereabouts is asked to call Detective Raymond Rodrigues of the East Hawaii Juvenile Aid Section at 961-8883 or the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept strictly confidential.
