Big Island Police have arrested 24-year-old Junior Kaimi Santiago, who was wanted on numerous outstanding bench warrants.

Santiago was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday and charged with contempt of court, two counts of violating probation and two counts of terroristic threatening.
